The Winning Girl Summit 2026 is a transformational national movement created to empower female undergraduates across Nigeria with the knowledge, confidence, support systems, and practical tools needed to thrive academically, professionally, personally, and socially.

Built around the 2026 theme, “Becoming the Happy Woman,” the summit recognizes that many young women in universities today are navigating challenges that go far beyond the classroom. From uncertainty about career direction and financial pressures to mental health struggles, limited mentorship, societal expectations, and lack of access to opportunities, many students are trying to build their future without the guidance and support they truly need.

The Winning Girl Summit was created to bridge that gap.

We believe every young woman deserves access to practical life education, meaningful mentorship, safe spaces for growth, and the confidence to pursue her purpose with clarity. We also believe that “winning” looks different for every woman, and every journey deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

Our mission is to create an environment where female students from diverse backgrounds can learn, connect, grow, and discover what is possible for their lives and futures.

To raise a generation of confident, purpose-driven, healthy, and empowered young women who are equipped to create meaningful impact in their campuses, careers, communities, and beyond.

Why The Summit Exists

Real-Life Tools & Support System

Across universities today, many female students face:

The Winning Girl Summit responds to this reality by creating a practical, relatable, and impactful experience that combines education, empowerment, mentorship, wellness, and personal development in one transformative platform.

The maiden edition of the summit will be executed as a multi-campus national tour across seven universities in Nigeria, ensuring that the impact reaches young women directly within their campuses and communities.
